Information
Shipping Charges will be
added to your order by flat rate per unit.. The online store
will total the items and provide total shipping upon
checkout.
All orders are shipped Fed Ex or
UPS ground and most orders will be received within 5-7 business
days and sooner than that in may cases. Please allow 14 days
for receipt of all items ordered from Southern Bike Works
(SBW)
If you require priority or special
shipping arrangements, please contact us at orders@southernbikeworks.com,
or by phone, prior to ordering so that we can work to meet your
unique needs.
Large Orders
Please, feel free to contact us

or by phone for larger orders or with special circumstances for
which I may be able to pass on some savings on shipping.
International Orders

prior to ordering so that we can quote shipping

used as a guideline for approximate shipping charges for
orders. Special circumstance may require changes be made to
shipping charges. SBW reserves the right to review orders that
have been placed to determine if pricing is accurate as determined
by the online store. You as the customer will be notified if
special circumstances exist, and absolutely no charges will be made
to your account without your clear permission.

Pickup
If you would like to arrange pickup
in the greater Atlanta, Georgia please contact us at orders@southernbikeworks.com prior to
purchasing. SBW products that are picked up will not be
subject to any shipping charges.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with
the product, you may return products in like new condition and in
original packaging. SBW does not sell used products and
therefore may charge a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will
not be subject to refunds. |
